Mid-Atlantic Property Maintenance has been serving clients across the region for more than 25 years. Founded by Matt Sibley, the company has grown from a small neighborhood operation into one of the area’s leading commercial and government landscaping contractors. Through hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to quality, what began as M&M Landscaping has become a trusted partner for organizations of all sizes.
Over the years, our services have expanded to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Today, we specialize in large-scale property care, including mass acreage and wide-area mowing, snow & ice management, government and commercial landscaping, and comprehensive property maintenance solutions. Our team of more than 100 skilled professionals delivers reliable service and results tailored to businesses of every size and budget.

MAPM maintains over 1400 acres of turf per week, touching over 360 locations weekly.
The MAPM staff has the required clearances and background checks to service any facility requiring FBI Identity History Summary Checks (34 US CODE 20351), Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Pennsylvania School Law 24 PS1-11), and Pennsylvania State Police background checks to operate.
