Job Description:
Report to M&M Landscaping, LLC’s facility daily M-F by 06:00. Assist crew leader with loading your assigned equipment and tools into or on your assigned truck and trailer. Assist crew leader with performing basic truck and trailer check verifying: light functionality, correct hookup, fluid levels, air pressure, safety items & paperwork. Assist crew leader with performing basic equipment check verifying: fluid levels, air pressure & working order. It is anticipated that all crews will be out of our facility by 06:10. Your crew will report to the site assigned in your weekly schedule and begin working. You will be assigned a task(s) to complete at each location daily to the satisfaction of your crew leader and company. You will work proficiently, efficiently and safely to accomplish these tasks. At the end of each day you’ll report back to M&M’s facility in Lansdale. You’ll help remove hand held equipment and clock out. Crew members typically work 36-38 hours each week; four 10-hour days. The fifth day and weekends are reserved for weather or seasonal demands. Crews report for work daily with a lunch, water and anything else needed for the day. Crews are not permitted to stop anywhere other than assigned sites.
Daily work assignments include, but are not limited to: weed wacking, mowing, trimming, pruning, digging, chopping, pulling weeds, spraying, watering, lifting 50lbs, wheel barrowing, chipping, raking, mulching, edging, planting, excavating, installing, cleaning, splitting wood, operating power equipment, etc…

Position requirements:
No landscape experience needed, but preferred.
Responsible for assigned equipment.
Company uniform daily: company provided shirts, employee responsible for tan pants, boots and belt.
Drug free workplace no exceptions.
Background checks; PA State Police, FBI, child abuse & criminal attest form (please disclose any issues).
Shifts M – F 06:00 until route / job completion. Weekends possible with weather and seasonal demand.
Position compensation:
Seasonal full time hourly (non-exempt).
Weekly pay period (Fridays).
Healthcare plans available with company contributions (available after probationary period).
Simple IRA retirement available with company contributions (available after probationary period).
Hourly pay rate: $16.87 per hour.
Housing available in Lansdale at $90.00 per week, plus monthly utilities.
