Lansdscape Maintenance is not subbed out expect for the Turf Applications, but are certified in house. Snow and Ice removal services are sometimes subbed out, but are always managed by in house staff. (Production, Operation, GM, Sales Management and Owner)

The best way to find a reputable landscaper or landscaping company near you is by word of mouth. Ask your colleagues if they’ve worked with a company they’d recommend. Another good source is reading online reviews, and checking out company websites to see what kind of projects they’ve worked on. Once you’ve narrowed it down, you can set up a consultation with each company. That way, you can learn more about their values and services, and choose the one that aligns with your project’s needs.

We will invoice you via email, or postal service mail if required. For your convenience, when you sign up, you can put a credit card on your account file. Any service we perform will be auto-charged to your card. You are also welcome to call or log in to your online portal to update any payment information.

It’s as easy as giving us a call or filling out our contact form.  We will schedule you to meet with one of our Business Development Team at your business and they will guide you through the entire process from receiving a proposal to reserving a place on our job schedule to completing the work.

Being on our mowing route assumes you for service each week. We understand that you may not need service when the grass dries out and grows slower. Thus, we do allow two skips per season.

Our basic mowing service does not include bush trimming. But, you can choose one of our lawn care packages, which includes routine bush trimming and mowing. A different crew would perform bush trimming on a separate day from your mowing service. Separating these services allows our crews to be more efficient so they can complete all our mowing clients on a timely basis. We do offer bush trimming as an à la carte service.

We offer a 5 year warranty on patios and retaining walls. Plants and lawns have a 1 year warranty. All other services have a 2 year warranty. The plant and lawn warranty can be extended up to 5 years as long as your landscape is continually maintained on a weekly or every-other-week basis by MAPM.

Yes. We provide free estimates for all of our services. For landscape design, installation, hardscaping services, snow, and tree services, a free on-site consultation will be provided to determine the scope of your project. From there, a free proposal for services will be sent via email. It usually takes about 24 hours to 14 days to receive the proposal depending on the complexity of the project. For landscape maintenance services, a free on-site meeting will be provided to assess your property and needs. A proposal is typically provided within 24-48 hours after the meeting.

With a few DIY techniques

• Keep your garden clean. Pick up plant debris, remove dying stems or branches, weed the area regularly, and toss the debris in the garbage.
• Fertilize just enough to keep your plants happy – too much fertilizer promotes weak growth which is susceptible to disease.
• Wait to plant until the soil is warmed up. Planting to early will put extra stress on your plants and make them more susceptible to disease in the soil.
• Use mulch to keep weeds at bay and harmful fungi in the soil away.
• Inspect and remove infected stems and leaves. As soon as you notice signs of disease, carefully remove the leaf o stems and throw it away as soon as possible. By removing disease early on, you can help your plants to continue to grow healthily.

Our weekly lawn mowing teams cannot service lawns over 9″ tall. We consider this “field mowing,” and can send a particular crew to your home to mow it down to the proper length. Pricing for field mowing varies, so please ask before signing up for it. It is important to note, the measurement our crew takes on your lawn is at an average looking location, on the day of service, and not the day you sign up for service.

If your mowing date falls on a holiday, we will reschedule your property as a high priority the next mowable day. Sometimes we may be able to shift our schedules to service your property before the holiday. In this event, our office will send you a notification of the service date change.
