About Us
Mid-Atlantic Property Maintenance began over 25 years ago with humble beginnings. Matt Sibley, our Founder, stepped into this work at age 14 when he took the initiative to clean up and maintain his neighborhood’s lawns using his dad’s lawn mower. Previously also known as M&M Landscaping LLC, Matt operated the company out of his parent’s house until 2005. After much hard work, dedication, and passion for this industry, Matt continued to pursue his dreams of growing a company of his own, and M&M Landscaping grew into one of the area’s premier commercial and government landscaping contractors.
Over the years, our services have increased and evolved but our mission has remained the same: to serve our communities landscaping needs. To fulfill this goal, we specialize in mass acreage, wide area mowing, Snow & Ice Management, government and commercial landscaping, and much more. Our team of skilled workers offer services that meet the needs of any size business with any size budget.
As our most valuable asset, each client is our priority. From the first consultation, until the finished product, we walk through the process, ensuring client satisfaction from beginning to end. With excellent customer service at the heart of the work we do, the company has been able to expand exponentially, growing by 20% in sales each year, fulfilling the needs of our wide range of clients.
What started as a simple hobby in 1998, has turned into a company of over 70 employees that we are proud to call family.

In 2022 M&M Landscaping changed its name to Mid-Atlantic Property Maintenance to better reflect the market and services it continues to offer.
In 2024 Mid-Atlantic Property Maintenance expanded its operation even further with the acquisition of Valley View Landscaping, a premier landscaping & snow removal contractor servicing commercial Lehigh Valley properties for over 30 years. [Learn More]

MAPM maintains over 1400 acres of turf per week, touching over 360 locations weekly.
The MAPM staff has the required clearances and background checks to service any facility requiring FBI Identity History Summary Checks (34 US CODE 20351), Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Pennsylvania School Law 24 PS1-11), and Pennsylvania State Police background checks to operate.
