Andrew has been in the landscape industry since 2008, with knowledge in commercial maintenance and extensive experience of over 15 years in snow and ice management. Since joining the company in 2013, he has advanced from laborer to now, the General Manager of Snow and Ice. In this role, he oversees all winter operations, ensuring logistics run smoothly and industry-leading services are delivered to the highest standards of safety, reliability and professionalism. Andrew combines his passion for the industry with a commitment to keeping both our team and the clients we serve happy.

With over 20 years of experience in the landscape, hardscape and snow management industry, Shawn brings a deep understanding of operations, customer service, and team leadership to his role as Branch Manager of the Lehigh Valley location. Having previously owned and operated his own landscape company, he developed a strong foundation in business management, client relations, and field efficiency.  Shawn is a Certified Snow and Ice Management Professional and is known for his expertise in logistics, streamlined operations, and a results-driven approach. His dedication to delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships continues to set a high standard for the Lehigh Valley branch and the company as a whole.

I have 19 years of industry experience in landscaping and snow removal services. I have been with MAPM now for almost 5 years. I worked within multiple facets of  our organization, 1.5 years as a Production Manager, 1.5 years as an Operations Manager, and currently our Office Manager for the past 1.5 years. I currently oversee Aspire Software integration,  A/R, A/P, Invoicing, & Cash Flow management. Embracing these tasks I am able to take micro level production results and provide macro level profitability reports and financial forecasting for our executive team. My career is anchored by seven years dedicated to high-stakes vehicle maintenance, specializing in tractor trailers and tri-axles at an International dealership. This foundational experience honed my technical skills on large-scale commercial vehicles.

Complementing my heavy-duty background is extensive expertise in the landscaping sector, managing the full spectrum of a commercial fleet—from 2-stroke equipment and commercial mowers to large wheel loaders and trucks. I successfully navigated four years as the dedicated mechanic for Valley View Landscaping, through its acquisition by Mid Atlantic Property Maintenance in 2024, ensuring continuity and peak operational readiness. Having worked for multiple large landscaping firms in the Lehigh Valley, I have expertise across all common industry equipment.

With more than 15 years of practical experience supporting snow removal operations across the Lehigh Valley, I ensure equipment performs reliably under the most demanding seasonal conditions. I am a trusted expert in mechanical readiness and problem-solving across diverse machinery types.
